Terms of Service
ORDERS:
Most of our products are made to order, accordingly to our customers’ preferences. Therefore, it could take 1-2 weeks of production, depending on the queue and amount of orders that came through from our customers. Customers will be informed once the production process started and will also be updated until the products are finished.
Orders’ queue are fulfilled in sequence after payment proof is received. This ensures fair and proper treatment to our customers.

SHIPPING:
Local (Indonesian) Customers
All orders are shipped from Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Orders from Tokopedia will be shipped according to the delivery service preferred by customers. Orders from other platforms will be shipped via JNE Regular Service by default, unless there is a special request by customers.
International Customers
For our international customers, shipping service will be delivered by Indonesia Postal Service. We ensure the safest option for our worldwide deliveries. Since Indonesia Postal Service also partners with DHL as their vendor for some destination country, we will also give you the DHL tracking number for you to track the shipping.

PAYMENTS:
We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Wise Transfer. Please make sure to send us a copy of payment proof to put your order(s) in the queue.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a mistake or a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.Â

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.Â
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
